Quantity of minimum order should be as following :

•  50 meters per color and design for fabric.
•  50 pcs per color and design or sarees and stoles etc.
•  10 sarees per color and per design.
•  10 sets of suits per color and per design.

Payment terms (4 options)

•  100% in advance.
•  50% in advance + 50% against delivery.
•  100% against delivery.
•  Only against letter of credit with bankers (overseas).

Delivery Schedule

Delivery depends upon the quantity, Once the sample is approved, 1st delivery within 2 to 4 weeks and if the order is continued then the fix schedule is informed for the order.

Designs

Designs can be selected from our design samples and library or Custom designs also can be developed as per the requirement of the client.

For changes in the new designs developed there are two options :

1. If the order is for a workable quantity- for fabric 1000 mts per design (200 mts/ color scheme)
   For scarves, Soles 1000 pcs per design (200 mts color scheme).

2. The cost of the design will be bared by us. But if the order quantity is less than the quantity mentioned then the design development charges should be borne by clients.

On receipt of the confirmed order, A Performa invoice will be sent with all the terms and conditions mentioned on the same.
